I heard or read about this story somewhere about a couple Google Computer Scientists who created a map of the wind as it flows over the United States. The website is at hint.fm/wind the map is absolutely amazing, and hypnotic to watch. Hope you enjoy.

Friday, December 18th, 2009I had a new roof installed on the building that hosts the weather station. During the installation the Anemometer and Wind Vane were out of service. Luckily there wasn’t much wind on Wednesday and Thursday! The wind sensors are back to normal.
